Last Posting Dates for Christmas 2009
United Kingdom - 21st December
Western Europe - 11th December
USA, Canada, Japan, Eastern Europe - 10th December
Everywhere else - 5th December
If you are unsure which date applies for your country, visit the Royal Mail Christmas Posting Calculator, and select your country and either "First Class" for the UK or "Airmail" for everywhere else, from the options supplied to get the exact date.
I do have some stocks of most colours ready to ship. If you want to be sure of getting your order before Christmas please contact me with your requirements prior to placing your order, and I will be able to advise you whether I will be able to fill your order and ship it in time. Please remember that if I do need to dye your fabric first, it will take a minimum of 3 days before it ready to ship.
Shipping Information
United Kingdom
Items will be sent using Royal Mail First Class post. Large orders may be split into several parcels to best take advantage of the new postage rates, which are based on the size as well as the weight of a parcel. Where this occurs each parcel will be labelled as parcel number x/y, where x is the parcel number and y is the total number of parcels in the order.
If your item has been sent out and you have not received it, please allow 14 days from posting before reporting it as lost in transit.
Europe
Items will be sent using Royal Mail Airmail.
If your item has been sent out and you have not received it, please allow 14 days from posting before reporting it as lost in transit.
Rest of the World
Items will be sent using Royal Mail Airmail.
If your item has been sent out and you have not received it, please allow 28 days from posting before reporting it as lost in transit.
Ordering Out of Stock Items
If you order an item that is out of stock it will need to be dyed up prior to despatch. This will delay the despatch of your entire order for up to three weeks (15 working days). If you are ordering several items at once, some of which are in stock and others that are not, the whole order will be despatched when the out of stock items are ready. If you wish the stock items to be despatched immediately then you will need to place two separate orders.

Rates are based on the total weight of the items purchased. The weight of each product is shown on the individual product pages.

Returns Policy
All returns must be within 14 days of receipt, with a certain allowance being made for items that are being returned from outside Europe.
If you find that an item you have purchased is not as you hoped, or you have simply changed your mind, then items may be returned for a refund less the shipping costs, provided that the items are unused and in their original packaging. Return postage costs including any insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
Before returning any item please contact me for a returns reference and the address. Please obtain a certificate of posting when returning an item for any reason. |
