Conditions of Use

All monitors and printers display colours differently. For fabrics and threads I give the closest DMC colour for reference, however this is only an approximation and colours may vary slightly from one dye batch to the next, due to slight variations when mixing a batch of dye. Should you find that a colour is not what you expected then you may return an item for a refund, see the Shipping & Returns page for more information.

If you would like assistance with a colour choice then please email advice@sparklies.co.uk. I can do floss tosses in DMC (if the numbers are provided) and my own threads, however please be sparing about asking for this as it takes a little time to pick the threads, of course lobbing them on the fabric takes no time at all.
